Is this normal?
Not sure if its in the right place...
Well Ruby is mad! I can take her out and usually she loves to just sit on my arm being stroked or on my table being brushed! Sometimes, not so often when i take her out she will go mad!! She wont sit still and i have to do the 'treadmill' to stop her from falling! Also, she chews the bars like mad and when i put cardboard round them she wont stop till its all off and chews them harder. Im thinking of putting lemon juice on the ones she chews the most, it the 'jiff' stuff ok? I think thats what its called... She gets her cage rearranged once a week or more/less depending on what toys she has, her wheel is well big enough for her and she has lots of stuff to chew! Im hoping all this is normal, but just checking

Re: Is this normal?
*bump*
Anyone? She is being totally calm out of the cage today, but she seems like she really wants to escape constantly... She gets let out and within 5 mins back she is sitting begging to get out again

Re: Is this normal?
Hehe, good to hear then ^.^ Im not allowed to buy her a new cage... ive actually spent every last bit of my money on her cage, toys and treats for her just leaving enough for emergency vet bills! If she starts to get serious bar rub, cuts or broken teeth then i will try to move her...

Re: Is this normal?
Sorry for double post but im slightly worried :s
Ruby has been up for an hour or so, like normal but shes been very quiet, bar chewing but not much at all and sitting alot on her bridge and at one point it looked like she was sleeping... I have took her out every time she wants to and ive checked her over, she is totally fine! Ive never saw her do this before except when i first got her and she was really young and tiny... I really do hope that shes fine, just having a lazy day but im just checking incase...
