Mine needs you to take it very slow, once you've done what Podling suggested, try getting her used to having your hand in her cage-lie your hand palm up on the base of the cage, my hamster occasionally has a nibble, but not a bite, it doesn't hurt..you just need to be confident. Try not to react to the nibble, and if she walks onto your hand slowly lift her a little bit, and put her back down
this will get her used to being lifted up, I know that it feels like you're taking a step back from already picking her up, but hamsters are used to arial predators...so going in there too fast could scare her.
