Default Night Terrors?

I have a Campbell female who has started doing the most peculiar thing...she squeaks when she's sleeping. I'm not sure how normal this is, or if its the cause of an underlying problem...but she makes only one or two 'weeet' noises when she's sleeping. It happens every couple days and I'm not sure exactly what this is. Could just be a habbit I guess? Theres no difference in the way she eats and drinks and acts with in comparison to the other hamsters. Anyone else ever come across this?

My Chinese squeaks randomly! But I haven't had one do anything when they were sleeping! That's so cute, try to get it on video and share it with us! lol

My dwarf hamster whitey has always done this in his sleep too! He's over 2 now. I dont think its anything to worry about either. Just them sleep talking or something! I think its very cute

Edit: just thinking away with whitey he kind of has always done sort of soft squeeks that last a while when he is asleep. If its a sudden thing with your hamster and if the noise sounds almost like its coming from the chest , maybe get it checked up on at vet incase its a chest infection. My other hamster had a chest infection and would make chesty squeeks when sleeping and awake. Hope this helps

Got a similar problem, My Robovski Topaz has always curled up and started squeaking as though he's hiccuping? it's odd but he's always done it. Funny animals sometimes :P

My robo The Cloud runs in his sleep, he curls up on his side in a ball, and his little legs go like mad for ages!
