Re: bar chewing?!
I was advised to this once for my gerbils but it never stopped them :/ however, I've not tried it for Snickers, I just let her get on with it tbh.

Re: bar chewing?!
I wouldnt recommend putting vinigar on the bars. As long as she has a big enough (8") wheel, pleanty to do etc, they can chew out of bordem. Maybe give the cage a rearrange, and give her some fruity flavoured chews or a dog biscuit to keep her occupied.

Re: bar chewing?!
You can buy a Cage Spray I got mine from Pets at Home and it was a bitter lemon... It did stop Hammy but only thing is you have to cover every single bar quite frequently, as Hammy use to go to the corner I missed and keep chewing there...

Re: bar chewing?!
My honey woke me at 4am bar chewing lol
Seems her bin extension is not enough for her, little madam!
Bonios are good, but honey has just buried it for later.

Re: bar chewing?!
I was talking about my honeys bin extension lol.. lots of running space, toys and digging space..and yet she still chooses to bar chew.
Yeah no doubt supermarkets will have them, but only a huge box.
In my local petshop i can buy then singley.
