Default My honey

Being a syrian owner for only 3 weeks now..
I am amazed at how organised she is.
She will only pee in one corner.. Ive seen her wake up.. Go to her bin extension and pee.. then go back up to bed in her house.
All the food is in another corner.
Even if she poops in her bed.. she will pick it up and remove it.

Such interesting little critters to sit and watch

It winds me up seeing all the piddly cages i see in pet shops.. So i wanted to give her the biggest habitat i could
And yep, shes made herself at home
She was nesting in the corner of the cage, then i came home from work one day and she had moved all the bedding (rip up toilet tissue) into the little house. Been there ever since

Something else i have noticed too.. in her food store she has added several pieces of bedding?..
Would that be her instinct to leave her scent near the food?

lucky you have a clean critter indy is like this, when he wees a few times he will getsawdust, recover the corner and move somewhere else! He also like to throw the poop out his house! i watched him one night to see why only poop was around the cage and he gets it (sometimes pulls out his bum!) goes to the bars and drops it over the side!!!
