Its really not that hard to make! (not that i did much of it!)

Ok, first my dad drilled holes around the edges of the two drawn circles, then he got this mini Saw/Knife and whent round the bits inbeteen the drilled holes then i fielled the edges and stuffed the tube through :L

Sorry if that made no sense!! :D xx

Go for a thin blade with lots of teeth/inch usually. Here's an article on choosing a saw blade for plastic cutting that looks pretty thorough:)

The Basics: How To Choose The Right (Carbide Tipped) Saw Blade For Cutting Plastics: Plastic Distributor & Fabricator (http://www.plasticsmag.com/features.asp?fIssue=Mar/Apr-01)

EDIT: So you know, the kerf is the thickness of the blade's cut;)

Well it wasnt really me who made it  it was my dad.... but i helped ;) it didnt take that long about half an hour to get it drilled and made to look nice! but it took me like an hour to decide where to put every thing :L x

wofunny
06-22-2010, 02:33 PM
Well your cages are massive up to what some hammies get :)
