Ok so i have finally got Gizmo's furplast tube extension piece and some tubes. The tubes were about a few mm too small so they fit in but didn't stay very sturdy so superglue came in handy there and worked fine :)

The new cage is all set up and now i just have to attach the piece to his wire cage.

Problem is i don't know where to start. I can get the top part hooked into the cage but how do u get the bottom. This is the piece i am on about-

Small Pet Tubes : X-PART Ferplast Network Attatchment : www.EquineCanineFeline.com the place to buy all your Pet Products, Horse Products and Pet Supplies online (http://www.equinecaninefeline.com/catalog/x-part-ferplast-network-attatchment.html)

you push it through horizontally through the gap then fold it down and it 'hooks'..but then how does the bottom fit? I tried but it nearly snapped!

Also do you cut the bars first or after?

thanks xxx

its best to mark a hole around the piece and cut while its off.
With a good pair of wire cutters its surprisingly easy!
Then once you've cut a hole, hook both the top and bottom on, depending on different cages some bars will bend slightly to fit the piece on. But the plastic of the piece should cover up any escape gaps.
