Welcome from Ryan and gerbils

Hi everyone! My name is Ryan and I have 5 gerbils. Before I got my gerbils I debated whether to buy hamsters for gerbils. When I learned hamsters are nocturnal and since they would be in my room I picked gerbils. Hamsters do have adorable fuzzy faces though. :D I have a gerbil website called http://gerbilcentral.com ( what a coincidence). Meet my 5 gerbils.

This is Honey, but we call her "Battle Axe" because when she was young she was a bit nippy!

This is Burkie. She is still recovering from a nose infection so her nose hair is still growing back.

This is Mini-Me, we named her that because she looks just like the next gerbil except she is half the size! :lol:

Im glad you posted a little introduction about yourself. All your gerbils are very cute! I think hamster and gerbils are both really great for their own reasons, I dont know that I can really pick one as a favorite over the other.



I did think it was kind of funny when I came across you on the gerbil forum and found you managed a gerbil central and gerbil central forum, go figure right 8)



Well if you ever do get a hamster, make sure this is the first forum you come to :wink:
