When he's in it he can climb out the gardens, soft room and tunnel room, and so we put the grids from the oven (cold of course) over the top, to discourage him.

Thank you all! Just it say, I taped the garden walls onto the wall of the first box - as he can push quite hard to break free. Even then it may be better to tape the garden walls to a cardboard floor beause when he pushes against the bottom of the wall he can lift it away from the floor.
