BURP!(a brand)

hi, BURP! consists sunflower seeds, wheat flakes, barley, red wheat, sorghum, popcorn flakes, dried coix, carrot, puffed rice, shortnose noodlefish(ikan billis).

is this a balanced diet? cos i don't see any greens in it.. its just wheat like stuff with A LOT of sunflower seeds.
and my hamster is skinny..

I don't know that brand and guess it is not UK brand! It does look not bad but you could consider changing if you feel your hammy is a bit thin. You can also supplement the diet with things such as kitten biscuits, chicken, cooked pasta, cheese, egg, greens atc in small quantities.
