Hamster Breeders/Shelters in/near Michigan

I was considering getting another hamster recently, but the only issue is that the closest shelter (that I can find) that actually has hamsters is about 100 miles away!! :( That's a long trip. Does anyone know any hamster breeders or any shelters that carry hamsters in or near Michigan? (Lower Peninsula)

We go through Michigan on our way to the Pipsqueakery. Send them a message as they do have some adoptable hamsters. We may be able to arrange transport.

Not sure how close you are to Ohio but the Toledo Area Humane Society in Maumee Ohio(nearest to Ann Arbor Michigan) has several Syrians looking for a good pet home.
