I'm not sure on whether or not clear vinyl can be used to line the inside of a DIY cage or not(on the bottom only),but if it can be used that will be great!If not I'm sure I can find a purpose,but even still it only cost $1 in the US on sale so it isn't a huge waste of money :) It would definitely be great to know though,as I never want to use anything that will be unsafe :(
