*This may seem familiar to any of you on Hamster Hideout, but... That's up to you to figure out ;)*
Prologue:
A Chinese hamster leaves his nest. He walks to the center of the cage full of hamsters. He sniffs the air. Good. She's awake. The hamster hears paw steps. A dominant spot Chinese female appears. "Hello, Thorn." she says to the male. He smiles. "Dawn... I want to ask you something. Would you... be my... mate?" Dawn blushes. "Yes, Thorn, Yes! She wraps her paws around Thorn and hugs him. "I've been waiting for so long..."
Chapter 1:
I wake up to the sound of my mother and father's voices. I hear them talking to each other. "Dawn, we should tell them... they're already 8 weeks old!" "No, we shouldn't, Thorn. they'll feel abandoned if we do" "No, they won't. They need to know the truth." I walk up to them. "What are you guys talking about?" I ask my mother and father. My mother's eyes begin to fill with tears "Oh, Acorn..." Her voice cracked. "Tomorrow you will have to leave our nest... And go to the pet store."
