..Robo hammy!
Well I noticed on another forum that there was a robo hamster about 15 miles away from me who urgently needed a foster space/home. So me being me I offered this little one a home :D The cat had brought him in from outside  But the very nice lady kept him safe until I could pick him up today :D He is sooooooooooooooo small but I guess it he is just Robo sized  Suprisingly he has no apparent injuries but I will of course keep an eye on him.
I have owned various syrians and a pair of winter whites but he is my very first Robo so I am a bit of a newbie. I *think* it is a boy as the gap between the openings is quite large but I will check more closely when he has settled.
Although it is sad to see him on his own am I right in saying introducing another isnt a very wise idea especially considering I dont know his age? However I must add he seems quite young.
Im so sorry I havent any pics as Im having a bit of a technical glitch but I will get up some photos as soon as possible I promise :D

aww he sounds lovely. I would think it would be a bit risky to introduce him to another hammy. As long as you give him lots of attention and love he should be fine :D :D

Can't wait for some photo's

Well done you for taking on this little guy :)
Get him tame and settled and then maybe consider a cagemate.

Thankyou for the link, I will read soon. I know a cagemate is better but he seems OK as he is and I really don't have space for two seperates so I'll just have to think on :D
Oh and btw he is a little boy and he has been named Hamish :P
