One piece of fruit or vegetable and a small dog biscuit (supplied by Northern Hamster Club) MUST be placed in the show
pen before benching. Hire Pens: £1.00 per pen – subject to availability. Novice & Intermediate exhibitors will be given
priority. Arrange with Show Secretary when booking entries. Hire Pens must be returned clean to the Show Secretary at
the end of the show. Please bring your own shavings (shorthaired) and wood based cat litter (longhaired).
32. Pet Class: 50p per entry - entries taken on day. Exhibitors of main classes may enter other small and furry animals in
Pet Class. Exhibitors may enter hamsters in Pet Class if showing 3 or less in the main classes.
Trophies & Rosettes: Awarded as appropriate, cards for first 4 places, all classes.

Directions:
M1/M62 – exit at Jct 24 and take 1st exit signpost Rochdale, then 2nd left onto Crosslands Road. Turn right at
crossroads onto Moorhill Road. At main road turn right and then left onto Raw Nook Road. Bear left at T
junction onto Gilliad Road. After ‘Dusty Miller’ pub turn right onto Dodlee Lane (cobbled). Bear left at bottom
then turn right onto Parkwood Road. At T junction turn left onto Leymoor Road. Pass supermarket and take
next right into Sycamore Ave, then 2nd right onto Longfield Ave. The showground entrance is off Longfield
Ave, on right between houses just before the road bears to the right.
Manchester/M62 – exit at Jct 23 onto A640 New Hey Rd. After approx 1 mile turn right and then left onto
Longwood Edge Road. Continue onto Gilead Rd and the turn left onto Grove Street. Bear slight right onto
Stoney Lane and then right at Leymour Road after approx 450 yds turn left onto Sycamore Ave and then right
onto Longfield Ave. The showground entrance is off Longfield Ave, on right between houses just before the
road bears to the right.
