Had problems accessing the forum today..

I managed to log in early this morning and reply to a few posts but the pages were very slow. Then tried visiting the webpage again around a half hour later and kept getting a message that said the page wasn`t available:

Anyone else affected by this?

There was a slight technical hitch which Fluffy sorted as soon as he was aware of it. All mended now :) I hope your HC withdrawal symptoms weren't too bad!

Whew...glad to hear that! I thought my laptop was barring me from the website! I spend too much time on here, I need help! x

I live in California and when I sign on in the evening, I get the message that the site is not accessable from time to time. Probably because all of you in the UK are fast asleep by then. :) Piebald, sounds like you need to go to Hamsters Anonymous. :)

Me too. I also had a paranoid moment lol. I had posted I wouldn't be on here much, so the site must be managing my addiction by barring me lol. Or maybe Rodipet had hacked in to bar me after a less than positive appraisal of their wheel lol.

I had the same problem! Im glad to see that it wasn't just me as i thought that it was my internet going a little strange again lol!

Yep me too was getting worried that the forum was hacked or something :-/ glad it's back :-)

Yeah, we ran into a problem with disk space that caused an outage. No information was lost, but the site shutdown till I was able to free up some space. Would of been sooner, but I did not realize the problem till I woke up and checked the site. So we were down for about 4 hours. But we are golden now.

Thanks for fixing things so quickly Fluffy. I was at work and didn't suffer withdrawal symptoms like others! I am sure you do a lot of background work like the other moderators. We never get to know about it but this is a chance to thank you-and the others for all you do. What would we do without HC??

LOL. I haven't been on for a few days and had no problem when I jumped on now. Glad I missed it. :-) I wonder...could we run out of disk space?
