Hi there I am new to hamster central....so hello :-)
I made my syrian hamster Isabelle a much bigger cage, by using an old chest of drawers I got from Ikea that had started to become useless as drawers. So I decided instead of throwing it out I would get creative and recycle this unit. There's also quite a few DIY toys lurking about in her cage for example the wooden bridge, her bed (made from a wooden photo album holder) and various others. Also don't worry she has plenty of ventilation from the back of her cage where there is little vents
