Rest in peace Twix

My lovely hamster Twix just passed away yesterday. She was really old so we were expecting it but when it actually happened we were really sad. It seems like just yesterday I was picking her up from her old home!

This is the problem, loving little rodents. They don't live very long and we get soooo attached. I am sorry for your loss. I lost 4 mice about ten days apart. Their illnesses were non-related. It was not easy.

It's never easy losing a hamster, my condolences for your loss.
We get so attached, saying goodbye is never easy, but you have many happy memories of Twix and over time the pain will ease.
