using photobucket to upload video

Can someone please tell me how to post a video on Hamster central? I have uploaded it to photobucket....but dunno what to do next? its giving me choices of linka/addressess to copy but i dont know which to use. The one i did use didnt work. X

The IMG one is supposed to work to post stuff to forums. Worked ok when I did it for videos but was disappointed when I did it for photos as they came out huge

The photobucket link should be the bottom one on the right.
I have found photobucket very hit & miss with vids though, sometimes they work sometimes they don't so I switched to youtube which works fine every time.
