Here is a pic of My Maia being as cute as she can be. My husband thinks she is a lot like me in many ways. For example: she has a hard time waking up just like I do! :lol:



She happend to fall asleep in her dish here for a bit!

Thanks for sharing Nienna! I love the shade of orange/gold Maia is! she’s a very lovely golden syrian! I turned the image into a url link because the picture was to large. It’s a common rule here on hamster central, that anything larger then 500 pixels should be posted as a url link. Large pictures can make loading time slow for those on a slower connection. Plus in all, it keeps the forum look neat and tidy... So just to let you know *smile*



Some other people haven’t really be abiding by this rule, so to anyone else who comes across this thread please keep this in mind.



Moving on, I hope that Maia is ok, you should get her to a vet asap, as soon as they can fit you in. Try and stress that on the phone when you call. I hope that she doesn’t have wet tail.



On a side note, I believe that hamster will sometime have droppings that looks more wet then usual when they are excited. Like if you have them out and about. But if little Maia had stains on her bum that looks runny that’s not a very good sign. Especially if she hasn’t had any fresh veggies or a change in food.
