Mealworms and insects!

Really? How many? Dead or alive and what type of insect? How often? I am sure the local pet shop would sell me two or three as as occasional treat?

I hate the idea of feeding anything another living creature. There are some sick YouTube videos with this.

For dwarfs, you can feed the dried mealworms that you can buy for wild birds. About 2 per day for an adult.

For syrians, i wouldn't bother; mine don't touch them.
