Hobbes has left

I'm here to tell you all that Hobbes sadly left for the bridge on Saturday afternoon. :'( He had been off colour for a few days so I knew it wouldn't be long. He was 24 months. Hobbes was such a gorgeous little fluffy man. He liked nothing more than being stroked where he would happily fall asleep. He was such a gentle soul. Can you all remember last Spring when he broke his little back leg? The trauma I went through waiting to hear if he had got through the anesthetic at the vets, then came home with the smallest splint ever. :) Didn't take him long did it, to recover? He was soon back to his normal speedy self. Well Hobbes it has been a pleasure to have had you in my life & it never gets easier losing any of you. I love you little buddy.

Oh RachK, I am so very sorry. I just mentioned Hobbs and his little splint on either Sat. or Sun. on a thread with a little ham who got a cone. I will never forget Hobbs splint. I nearly fell off the couch when I saw it. In fact, it's in my HC photo library. I posted it below. He was such a beautiful little fellow. I know you will miss him so much :-( Play well at the Rainbow Bridge little Hobbs. :-(
