Hello!
I just thought I would share a tip on how to customize a basic wooden wheel to more suit your cage-interior or just to spice it up with a bit of colour!
I thought that why not use decoupage to spice up that boring wheel a bit? For this project I used a basic 20cm Karlie Wonderland wooden wheel, thin scrapbooking/art-journaling/crafting-paper and non-toxic mod podge and two different foam brushes.
The result turned out like this:

It took about 30 minutes (not including final curing step), and to make sure that it remained non-toxic I did not use an acrylic sealer after curing the mod podge.
I hope this can inspire someone to do something similar! :-)
