DIY Hammie house

I DIY'd this house for my Syrian hammie.. seems most hamster houses, on the market are too small for Syrian's, or not exactly what I'm looking for to match her cage décor.. So, I got out the popsicle sticks, and bought a few pieces of craft wood, Elmer's glue, and a few bottles of non toxic paint- and done!. Was easy to make, and inexpensive, too! :D

Isn't it FUN? I painted, and used some stincils for my daughter's bedroom. That was a lot of time, and effort, as I painted an wall mural, using stencils and some of my own touches. I'll see if I have photo's of her room. It's still not completely done.. LOL.. but, for the most part, it's almost done:D

I've been thinking it might be fun to go to a pottery shop and make a ceramic hamster house. Don't know if it's possible and I have never made anything from pottery. lol
