My sweet little Dorothy went to the bridge yesterday. She had two tumors one that keep her from eating or drinking so I helped feed her baby food and water.
She waited for me to see her before leaving. I told her how happy she made me and how much I loved her, told her Teddy, Chino, Fireman would be waiting to escort her to the rainbow.
She left shortly after I left for work. My husband said. He loved her too could tell he was broken. When I came home he had her covered in a little blanket with a pretty sunflower by her side.
I gave her a beautiful burial in my pink rose garden by my very first love Alice.
Pippy her sister seemed a little off yesterday. Sad I'm sure.
The vet made sure we had pain meds to keep her comfortable and was so happy to hear she was eating baby food and me hand feeding her water.
