Aussie, My Stepdad's Goatfish

Ok, so I know this happened a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to say this. So, my Stepdad got Aussie (as in Australia) for Christmas last year. He was a handsome boy, red up front with a yellow tail, and at feeding time, he was a little gannet, scoffing as much food as he could! A couple of weeks ago, I noticed his color was pale, and his gill movements had become rapid. In time, dad noticed it too. The tank was dirty when this happened so when I went to check on him, I found the tank had been cleaned but I couldn't find Aussie. I asked mum if he'd finally passed, and she said yes. So, Aussie, have fun swimming under the Rainbow Bridge with all our other fishies, ok? Bye mate, you were a joy to have.
