My sweet little winter white hamster, Primrose, passed away quietly in her sleep after living a good long life of almost three years. Prim, I'll miss you lots, and I hope that I made your life as good as it could have been. You loved sunflower seeds more than anything else, and you were kind to everyone you met. You loved to run and climb on your toys, and would do anything for a little attention ;) You were my first hamster, and you taught me a lot. We had to take you to the vet a couple times, once for the abscess in your cheek and once for when your eye popped out of its socket :shock: Those days weren't fun. You got better soon, though, just like the strong hamster you were. You were so sweet and friendly and enchanted everyone who got near you, even those who weren't fans of rodents! You even inspired me to get your sisters, Piper and Blueberry. You helped me in so many ways, Prim, and I'll miss you so much, but I'd rather have had this short time with you than no time at all. RIP Prim, my sweet little girl.
