Toys out of craft sticks & safe glue

I need ideas for hamster toys out of craft sticks (or wood I have a saw). Any suggestions on non toxic glue to use thats been tried and proved safe? Im finding healing from my syrian mommy violets recent passing by doing things for the others...Thanks

Thank you. In the DIY forum is where I posted this. After I read through many, many of them :) Definitely inspiring though
