right
soldering iron (preferably)
bolts and nuts
large-ish washers
a marker pen
preferably a metal rule (not necessary but neatens it up)
wire cutters

and about 15 mins. i litterally cut out a piece of mesh hold it against tub, mark 2 squares in from edge with marker and mark holes for bolts. then i use metal rule to sodler against and cut out the panel before putting the various pieces together. xD

Hope i helped

There are great instructions on the WiKi here http://www.hamstercentral.com/wiki/Bin_ ... de_Easy%21 (http://www.hamstercentral.com/wiki/Bin_Cages_Made_Easy%21)
and there is also another one by snuggleham so look there and read all about it. :D
