Any long hair Syrian breeders in the San Francisco area? I went to several pet stores but those hamsters are in such sad states and very very skittish.

Have you considered rescuing a hamster? Rescue hams can make excellent pets, just as good as a hamster from a breeder! It could be worth a shot to check at your local shelter or small animal rescue to see if there's any hamsters in need
