i want to stop receiving emails

how do i go about this? hamstercentral sends me emails ever so often about threads i've posted in.

Go into your User Control panel (very top left userCP)
Select Edit Options
Scroll down to Messaging and Notification
From the Default thread Subscription Mode use the dropdown box and choose DO NOT SUBSCRIBE and that should stop the e mails.

thanks! i did this. previously it was set to "no email notification". what is the difference?
