Now that you are gone - a huge part of me is missing.

Ring came to us (together with Flicka) on october 21th 2012 and i fell in love immediately.

She was kind, calm and never bit. She was always curious and really loved her sister.

Ring had to leave too soon. She was only 10 months old.

I would love to write some more about my Ring but words can't even describe how i feel inside and how much i love her.

Oh, I'm so sorry Ring has gone to the Bridge. It's never easy to lose our furbabies. It's even harder for children to understand this loss. Little as Ring was, she was huge in your lives. Play well, run free, little Ring. :-(

Nothing I can say can make your grief any less. But many of us have had to make the one of the hardest decisions to let go a beloved pet. My heart is with you. Little Ring is in a better place. Thank you all. I know it was the right thing to do because of the speed this tumor was growing. I did want to spare Ring the suffering it would be to even wait over the weekend.

The hardest thing tho, was to sign the form that it was my outmost and utterly will to put her to sleep. :(

It feel so unfair to let her go when we should have had more time with her. Heaven took their angel back too soon.

Ring was my daughter's first hamster. (I was the one taking care of her tho)
Felicia is allergic to cats, dogs and horses and probably guinea pigs. So in October 2012 I thought "why don't we try with a hamster?"
At first I thought of getting a Syrian but as I have had bad experience with pet shops I googled for a breeder close to us, and found this wonderful breeder in the same neighborhood. She lives only like 150 meter from us.

Anyways I saw that she had dwarf hamsters and I was like "oooooh so cuuuute!"
And so we decided that dwarfs it was.
I immediately phoned her that rainy day and she said to come over.
When we visited we got to meet Little Sparrow (Flicka) and Mountain Angel (Ring) when they were out in the playpen. Flicka was running around like Speedy Gonzales and Ring was taking her time exploring everything. The breeder said that they had to stay with her a couple of more weeks as Ring was the smallest of the litter and she was a little worried of her.
After a week Ring got cleared and we went to pick them up.

Ring grew up to be a beautiful very special hamster with a stunning personality which even was possible to see through a photo or video.

It's just so sad that we had to say goodbye so soon. xxxx

Thank you, Ring will get her final rest in my in-laws garden. Then we can visit often and bring her flowers.
