2 of my lovely hamsters have died in the last 2 or 3 weeks :(

Nibbles my oldest hamster, he was 2 years 1 Month old. We had to have him PTS after a bad stroke :(

Jasmine, the most friendly of my Chinese hamsters who died of Pyometra aged 17 months

Both of them were wonderful pets and brought great joy to me.

Play well at the bridge both of you xxxxxxx

So sorry for your loss. Losing one is bad enough but two so close together must be very difficult.

Both of them was beautiful.

Run free little un's.

Play well at the Bridge, little ones...

I hope you are OK... It's not easy to have 2 babies leaving in a month... I hope your heart heals up soon...

Sorry for your loss, it is hard to loose one and even harder to loose two in such a small amount of time :( Remember the good times you had with them and the sorrow will fall away with time....

I'm so sorry, I recently lost two close together myself and it is so horrible :(.

What gorgeous little ones, they'll be safe at the bridge now, health restored till it's time for you to see them again xx

Thanks everyone. Its wonderful to be able to share these things with people who understand, most people out there have the attitude "its just a hamster" and don't understand how it feels.

Yes, most people won`t know what it`s like to love and be loved by a small, intelligent animal so sadly, they are the ones who miss out. x

Oh no, sorry for your loss. It's horrendous losing them close together. I lost two within two weeks at beginning of the year so know how you feel.
