Livvy's Thread!

So I've had Livvy for 3 weeks now and she's slowly coming out of her shell; she is very nervy and the slightest movement I make outside the cage can have her running for cover!

I have been able to get a few pics though... :)

Thanks Nikki :) she jumps straight into her ball every night so I think things are slowly improving!

Livvy is lovely :) give her time, my ww Coco took 5 months to warm up! Now she's always looking for attention :)

Icklemunch - well spotted it is the kios! The platform is from another small cage I have for the vets. It's a terrible cage but the platforms are good because they screw in at the sides! It's called the petface hamster home, think I bought the entire thing for £15.

Would you recommend the kios? I'm hoping to rescue a robo when i'm off for 7 weeks in the summer and can't make up my mind between this or another Barney, which my Jeffro calls home.
Livvi looks like a spoilt lady.

Yeah I like it, only problem is the access - it only has one small door in the top which is a right pain! I've got the barney too - one for my Syrian and another for my dwarf pair. The barney is a bigger and better cage but I felt Livvy didn't really need the space on her own!

Think i'll hold on for the Barney to go on sale if it ever does that is!

So, been a while since I've updated this thread! I'm starting to have my suspicions that 'she' is actually a 'he' over the last few weeks - I'm going to try and have a closer look this week... :s
