can i feed these?

is it ok to feed grass and dandelions to my hammies?
if dandelions are ok, are the flower heads ok too? and how often would you feed them?

We give the occasional tiny bit of dandelion but as it is a diuretic not much. Hust be sure it has not had any weedkiller or sprays near it. Grass we have never tried though they will nibble it if out on the lawn. :lol:
