I would avoid them unless you know what was used to colour them. They may well be safe but as plain ones are available too they are probably the better choice.

There are no plain ones around my area, I could use Jenga blocks???

Yes, Jenga blocks are great. Be careful to use non toxic glue. If your parents would be willing to go on eBay for you, I got a massive box of tongue depressors (like wider lolly sticks) for a couple of quid.

I once made a platform with ladder using the colored ones, from my experience, it doesn't seem harmful to my hams, none of my hams chew it but if they actually did, it didn't give any harm to my hams, but who knows? I do think it's better to observe first.

Maybe I might just use it for playtime and then if I have no problems I could put in in their cages
