theres a 15k sack Matty - but to be honest unless you are buying at wholesale you dont particularly save a lot of money.

Why not just pick up 2 or 3 bags when you go shopping to save on trips?

Wow that is an awful lot of food! My rabbits don't even eat 1kg of food in a week, so what are your hamsters doing with it :x

They do do a very big bag, but apparently nothing in between (only recently asked my very friendly local petshop!).

Its not a problem Matty - Ive taken them out now - I thought you had computer problem or you thought we'd gone deaf so you had to keep repeating yourself!

Do they have a huge store when you clean them Matty? you may be overfeeding a bit? If they have large stores, maybe cut down a little, and dont feed them for a day or two before you clean them out to encourage them to use up their food stores :D

Chris and Pete were saying it might be possible to get the large bags at shows (though I didn't quite understand what they meant) - I'm getting through around 2 and half kgs a week just now and suddenly 15kg doesn't seem like such a large amount!

Both Pete and I have access to Cash & Carry where we can buy food at wholesale prices. I would imagine he meant that if either of us have room, and of course we both now have new trailers so that is more likely, then we would be able to buy extra to sell on to members at shows with just a little commission added for hamster club funds.

I've been thinking of getting on of these big bags, but I was wondering on what size it is (I know its 15kg, but that means nothing to me really  ).
At the moment I am buying a bag every few weeks, when I just had one pair of robos it seems like ages till a new bag was needed. and soon I will have more robos (and rule the world with them (lol)).
