A very sudden unexpected goodbye

Not long ago, I brought home a little sable- banded girly from a show. I called her Poppy, it suited her.
I went to say hello to her earlier in the afternoon, and found her dragging herself on her right- side to the corner of her cage. She had had a stroke.
Mum took her to the vets (I couldn't bring myself to go with her) and she was pts.
She was only 11 weeks old.
