His belly has started to become quite pussy and icky. Is there anything i can clean it up and disinfect it with?? Obviously the cream im using isnt working very well.

I feel like im going round in circles with this one. Think he needs a trip to the vet again which is a pain as im in the middle of uni exams :evil:

Unfortunately icky scent glands are quite common in dwarfs :( Are you using Fuciderm gel to help get rid of the infection as well as reducing the swelling with steroids? I wouldn't use anything other than what the vet has provided since that area is very sensitive and you don't want to make things worse. Step up the cream to twice a day if you have to :)
