maybe the mum was then a silver dove and not dove, maybe (if i am right and this was the one who you where told had a lilac mother if not sorry ignor me) thats why the breeder thought she had a lilac that there was a grey in play, but not the right one... as a silver grey blond should be blond with a pinkish tone to it, and lilac should be grey with a pink tone to it... it could be mistaken, though a good breeder wouldnt so would depend where she came from.

your greyer ones do look like my baby silver doves did, that kind of silver cloud look, very white when young getting darker but missing that brown purple deepness that true doves get.

if mum was lilac who carried black then maybe just carrying dark grey fades the colour as having silver grey does but i wouldnt have thought so.

would mean too that the yellowish ones are honeys, but maybe silver pales them down a bit too? dont know enough on the more orange side of colours sorry, but some of the faded looking ones also look like the blonds i have had from hamsters with silver grey and cinnie in the mix

Don't know enough about colours to offer an opinion but they are lovely babies. The picture of the cinnie is just so sweet.

ah brilliant...im thinking that blondes and silver doves are likely for the pale ones from what youve said
have you by any chance got pictures of your adults so i can see what they will/should look like as adults?
thanks alot for the help

and Basia that cinnamon is a little beauty shes got a beautiful personality bless her my boyfriend is trying to persuade his mum to let him have her lol

ohh yours is quite dark, mine are always paler than that! think i like the darker blonds, maybe its because u have darker cinnies than me?

looks like a couple of the babies are silver dove maybe with a possible blonde... still hard to tell they are three weeks tomorrow though so going to have a good look at them but from a quick glance im thinking star (the mum) is a light dove so she could be silver dove anyway... her eyes are quite pink and not dark red but i put this down to her being a dom spot
