Vectis Hamstery
09-10-2012, 01:55 PM
Location: Hampshire
Kind of hamster(s): short haired cinnamon Syrian
Hamster age(s): 2-3 months
Reason they were abandoned? Biting
Any health problems/special needs? No
Any behavioral problems? Whilst he is very friendly and growing in confidence, he retains a slight nervousness about being picked up. He likes to see an owner coming, and be approached confidently and firmly.
We feel this last bit of nerves will disappear in time. He is suitable for a novice, but only if the handling can be as described above. Handling sessions and advice on adoption can be easily arranged.
Type of household hamster would best be suited to: Adult owner
