Kodi was the most amazing hamster I could have ever asked for. He would come and ask for treats and out time and would just hang out with me when he was younger. I cant put into words how special my boy was.

about 2 months ago I noticed personality changes and at 19 months I wasn't surprised ... He was going senile, My loving boy would now try to bite me refuse to play and he just wanted to sleep... Still I never expected to lose him so soon ...

August 27th I went to check on him as I always do and found him curled up in his favorite spot and he just looked like he was sleeping. I am just glad he never had to suffer. I had 17 amazing months with my little man.

What a lovely colour he had, RIP little one! And I know what you mean, it is so hard to write a memorial as you find no words can ever express your grief as well as the love you feel for him and also no words can ever describe his fabulous personality. I can certainly read how much he meant to you and how special he was. 21 months is an ok age for hamsters but it is still far too soon for someone you hold so dear:( Hugs.
