I've been searching for months and can't find one :(
I'd love to hear if anyone else knows of one too.

There two small animal rescues in Leeds, that the nearest iv found to me. Bramley animal rescue and little paws rescue, neither have syrians in currently but they may come in. If not I'd recommend searching on gumtree, preloved, dresses etc as their are hamsters looking for loving homes and some who do need rescuing from their current ones.

Depends how north you are in the north east but I take in hams and rehome them (to good homes that follow best practice) in the Teesside area :-) I have a few syrians here right now :-)
