With all the dog talk lately I thought I might want to introduce our dogs!

First is Gizmo, my doggy. He's a 7 year old maltese poodle mix, and is Izzabella's half brother. He's lazy, and super submissive. My little cousin will carry him around the house like a purse (I don't approve, but my mom insists there is no harm) and Gizz just sits there. He's really territorial aggressive though, and despite my many training efforts, I have no support so nothing happens. I am constantly worried about him getting out and biting someone (Which he has done, but never broke skin or anything).

Next is Izzabella, my brother's dog. She's a 7 year old chihuahua poodle mix, and is Gizmo's half sister. They are littermates though...She just has a different daddy! And she's a serious bitch. You know those accessory dogs celebrities own? That's Izzy. Except she's ugly as hell. We kennel our dogs and we have a huge kennel made for like...labradors, and she takes up half of it. She growls and bites at the boys if they try to come on her side. She's really overweight... We call her Sausage Girl...

Then Franklin. Not sure what I should say...He's approx. 2 years old, and was rescued from a shelter that I volunteered at. The cop brought him in and he weighed 3 pounds and had the longest, shaggiest hair, and was covered in puke and poop. I had been trying to get my dad to get me a pit bull by the name of Star (I'm still very bitter about this point.) and he said "Now that's a dog I'd take home!" Long story short, I got first dibs on him becasue I was a volunteer and me and my mom got him for my dad for Valentine's Day. He's got an underbite that often shows to the point of his canine teeth hanging out. Sometimes I swear his underbite caused brain damage because he is dumber than a box of rocks. When you try to pet him (Or discipline him) he spews pee all over (And the vet says there isn't anything physically wrong with him). He poos in the house as we can't even put on a stern face and say "NO." or he pees, and then he eats his poop. We think he was a puppy mill dog as he only poops on the sidewalk. He also has no idea how to take a hint. He'll jump up on the couch with you and you'll push him off. So he'll jump back on. Shove. Jump. Shove. Jump. Shove. Jump. Shove and say NO. SPEW URINE. He's techinically my dad's dog, but for all intents and purposes he's mine.

And the previously mentioned dog that should have been mine, Star. She was a pit bull that was great with small dogs, loved people, was an gentle as they come and made me happy in a very, very dark place. My parents lied and told me that they asked the landlord about adopting her, but they never asked. She was beautiful, yes?

And this was our foster puppy, Slick. He was from a morbid abuse case. It was terrible, I won't post details on the forum.

They are all wonderful :) I've met many dogs I've wanted to rehome (I volunteer at an animal centre too) but I think I'd be overun by now if I was allowed to adopt what i wanted!

I miss not being able to have a dog. My landlord won't let us get one...think he might be starting to regret that now though as everytime he comes round I have another new little hammie x

Franklin looks like a shi-tzu, they all have underbites, it's a characteristic of the breed. :) My grandma has one.

He is shih-tzu. Not all shih-tzus have underbites though :) His is really bad, too. Our vet was surprised they GOT that bad...
