It's just a goof on Jimmy Carter's Habitat for Humanity project.



For those not familiar with President Carters project, they buy and build new or remodel older homes for the poor. Then they either give them away or finance a very low interest loan and the poor people can have the 'American Dream' of home ownership.



I really am not sure how these folks qualify for the home, but it is a highly successful program. Actually, the ONLY good thing Jimmy Carter did.

LOL... makes me think of how nice it is to toss a hamster in those little things and make them live in there all their lives..
