Hey i think the dawlish show has been moved to april 12th. How far in advance do i need to contact the secretary before the show too book in and reserve the proper show cage?
Also can someone let me know the contact detail for the relevant person, is it just the secretary of the south of england hamster club or does each show have its own secretary?

Hi Ian

The schedule for that show will be published I expect in March and will give you the name of the person to contact with regards to booking in your entries and reserving a show pen. You can also pay on the day and collect your pen labels on the day, as long as you state so in your letter/email :)

The secretary changes with every show to give everyone a chance to do the different duties and to rotate it a bit. I currently know of about 5 people who it is shared between.
