We moved Fred into a Ferplast Furet Plus Rat Cage as we thought he needed an easy access large cage and we modified it so it had 2 homemade levels as well as the plastic corner shelf it came with so he couldn't fall any great height. He was in this cage for a couple of months before we tried him in the Zoozone2 and so it isn't very old and apart from the typical little claw marks on the base found in most hamster cages it is in great condition. It was bought for £80 from P@H and we are selling it elsewhere for £50 but for HC members, £45ono. The dimensions are: 70 x 48 x 78cm (H x W x L) with bar spacing being 1.5cm. It comes with the plastic corner shelf but not the homemade ones. It has a large top opening door and a double width front opening door so very easy access and easy to put large toys in and be able to clean the cage without having to lift the wire top off each time. A deep base allows for a deep substrate layer.
This is a photo of how we first had it set up for Fred with the homemade shelves, here he had his smaller wheel but it easily took a 12" Silent Spinner and his large wooden log cabin.
