You can use it as a cage, but as it's VERY small, I don't recommend it.:p
It's 11" x 8" x 14" (L x W x H) and yeah it looks like this:

but missing half the wheel (front bit) but i'll find that. It also doesn't come with the counter thing so i guess you'll have to do without :l

Some of the paint is missing from the bars.
