Little Chumbawumba

The first Dwarf Campbells hamster has been born here at the hamstery to parents Babyboos Sapphire and Borat. Only a week and a half old but it looks to be an Opal just like it's mum's colouration - more than likely a mottled as Borat is mottled but we'll just have to wait and see!!

To be named Chumbawumba (Chumba for short) as it's so big!! Poor mum is coping well and getting loads of extra nutrition to help her feed the huge baby!!

Since Chumba is the only one in the litter it will be staying here at the hamstery.

Pictures as soon as i know for sure the sex and when he/she is a little bit older!

Just one baby! I wouldn't be surprised if it is a BIG one since he/she doesn't have to share with any other babies!

I bet he/she will grow like crazy, too!

Unfortunately little chumbawumba died only 4 weeks old before i ever took a picture of him :( he had a huge growth under his chin, i did my best for him but sadly he passed.
