Honey was my friend and now she is gone and I miss her. I hope that she had a nice life if only for a short while. I will never forget you my little beastie sweet dreams xx

Thankyou for your kind words everyone even though she was only tiny my room feels very empty now she used to have the run of my room at night but she still found the time to climb onto my bed to come and see me! She is now buried under a strawberry plant in my garden (she loved those strawberries :-))I have decided not to get another hamster but am trying to decide what to do with her cages I would like to maybe donate it to a charity or something to benefit hamsters in need I'm not sure does any one have any ideas?

That's a kind thing to do; are there any rescue places near you - I'm sure they would always appreciate donations.
